Marlborough Brogue Boots giveaway - Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter of this prize draw is Comfort Shoes Ltd and having its registered office at Suite 7a, No 1 The Courtyard, Earl Road, Cheadle Hulme, Cheadle, SK8 6GN.
  2. The Marlborough Brogue Boots giveaway draw is open to all residents of Great Britain and The United States of America aged 18 years or over, except employees of Steptronic Footwear, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  3. Upon following the @steptronic_footwear account on Instagram, liking the competition post and tagging a contact you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. This must be done any time between 02.01pm (GMT) on 20th December 2023 and 31st January 2024 to qualify for automatic entry into the prize draw (a "Qualifying Entry").
  4. There is a limit of one entry to the prize draw per person. If you make more than one Qualifying Entry, only the first Qualifying Entry will be considered valid for entry into the prize draw.
  5. One winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on Friday 1st February 2024 ("Draw Date").
  6. The following prize can be won via this competition - one pair of Marlborough, Lace-up brogue boots in either chocolate or black premium leather. The winner will be able to inform what size and colour they would like their prize to be provided in, within a range of a UK size 6, up to UK size 12, with no half-sizes on offer.
  7. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram following the Draw Date. If the winner does not respond to Steptronic Footwear within 7 days of being notified, then their prize will be forfeited and Steptronic Footwear will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  8. The prize selected by the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  9. The decision of Steptronic Footwear regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. By making a Qualifying Entry, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. Steptronic Footwear reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  11. Steptronic Footwear reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Steptronic Footwear’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  12. Steptronic Footwear reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. Steptronic Footwear reserves the right to withdraw the prize if it has reason to believe that any winner has breached these terms and conditions.
  13. Insofar as is permitted by law, Steptronic Footwear, its group companies, its agents or distributors, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by a breach of statutory duty of Steptronic Footwear, its group companies, its agents or distributors, or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw, or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  14. Steptronic Footwear will use the personal information that you provide to us when making a Qualifying Entry to administer the competition including to contact you if you have won the prize draw and to provide the prize. 
  15. Steptronic Footwear may make available the winners’ surname and/or county to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months after the Draw Date.
