All UK mainland orders are sent by express delivery and postage is free of charge. No minimum spend.
Overseas orders to the value of £200 or more are shipped free of charge by express delivery.

*IMPORTANT* If you are ordering from outside the UK the price of the goods on your order will exclude VAT. Steptronic Footwear is not responsible for any additional duty or tax upon the goods arrival.
The warehouse elves will be having a much deserved rest at Christmas and orders will not be sent out on the following days; 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th & 28th December and 1st, 2nd & 3rd January. We would like to wish all our customers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
The following outlines our delivery policy for orders placed on our website www.steptronicfootwear.co.uk.
All footwear deliveries are sent express by DHL on demand delivery service – for terms and conditions please check their website www.dhl.co.uk.
Belts purchased without footwear will be sent by Royal Mail.
Orders placed, on Monday through to Friday, by 3pm UK time will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after UK midday will be despatched the next working day.
All orders placed require a mobile phone number and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days and footwear orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday. If the Monday happens to be a bank holiday the order will be despatched on the Tuesday. Please note deliveries over Bank Holidays may be delayed.

DUTIES & TAXES
Depending on delivery location outside of the UK, your order may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes at customs clearance to take receipt of your goods. Due to customs policy variations, we advise that you contact your local customs office to clarify any obligations you may have before placing your order with us. Steptronic Footwear is not responsible for any duty charges. Likewise, deliveries may be affected by customs clearance lead times.

Our team are on-hand to help Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and we aim to respond to all enquiries as soon as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please be aware our refunds and returns procedure applies only to products purchased at www.steptronicfootwear.co.uk. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for Steptronic products that have been purchased via one of our stockists or other online retailers. Contract of sale is held with the merchant you originally purchased the item from.
RETURNING YOUR FOOTWEAR
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from our online store www.steptronicfootwear.co.uk then you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Customers in the European Union are entitled, by law, to withdraw from the purchase of an order within 7 days of the day after the delivery date of your order, so for either of the above, you can return your order to us. Customers in USA please contact us at email@example.com where we will arrange the return via DHL for a total cost of £20 which will be deducted from the refund. We kindly ask that any footwear or accessories being returned are unworn and returned in the same condition that they were received with the original paperwork.
Please note return postage cost and chosen postage route is the responsibility of the buyer - this does not affect your statutory rights.
Complete the returns form sent with your order and include it with the item(s) to be returned. Attach the preprinted address label to your parcel.
Remember to keep your proof of postage – the item(s) remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse for processing.
PROCESSING YOUR REFUND
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, in the original packaging and free from defects.
All returns are inspected and if approved your original payment will be refunded. A refund receipt will be emailed to you.
If you wish to exchange your purchase please let us know your requirements. The terms and conditions outlined above do not affect your statutory rights.
