Delivery and returns

 

DELIVERY

Once you have paid for your item(s), a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered with us. Once the order is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email and then a text and email from DPD to inform you of your delivery time.

Please note: If you are not at your chosen address when DPD attempts to deliver your parcel, and no alternative instructions are placed through its website or app (e.g. a named safe place), it will try a neighbour or leave your package at your nearest DPD Pickup parcelshop. If you do not receive a calling card, please consult the DPD app, your emails, or text messages for the location of your parcel. Should your delivery not be received within 3 working days of despatch, please contact us at help@steptronicfootwear.com 

UK DELIVERY

Free DPD next working day delivery on all orders over £90* *Order before 14:00 to receive next working day delivery. Not applicable in sale periods. DPD standard delivery costs £6* *Standard delivery applies on orders under £90.00. Standard delivery is delivered within 2-5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We are able to offer international delivery to the following European zones. Please note that a minimum order value of £150 is required for us to offer a shipping service for all countries listed below. Should your basket value be less than £150, then no shipping options will be available at checkout.

Shipping cost: £25** Estimated delivery time: Within 10 working days

**Since the United Kingdom officially left the European Union on January 1st, 2021, customers in EU countries are liable to pay additional charges. These may  include an admin fee, import VAT on orders over the value of £22.00; and Import duty and import tax on orders over the value of £150.00, charged by local customs. For more information, please visit your local custom's website. Please note, we are unable to offer a refund of the shipping cost paid on the order for those international deliveries that are returned to us by DPD due to nonpayment of customs fees and duty charges.

RETURNS

We accept returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery. Unwanted items must be returned at your cost, in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition; and please make sure that the returns form is completed and included.

If returning a product within the permitted 14 days from delivery window because the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and if found to be faulty we will refund the price of the Product in full - including any charge you paid for us sending the product to you and we will refund the cost incurred by you in returning the faulty product to us.

If it is outside the permitted 14 day returns window and you have a product you believe is faulty, email help@steptronicfootwear.com with full detail of what you believe the fault is, and we will be able to advise on the next steps.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or alternative product, please return the item purchased from our website for a refund (if it meets the requirements of our refund policy) and place a new order for your replacement items.
