With regards to Covid-19.

While our top priority is the health and well being of our staff and their immediate families, our online store remains open.  We would like to assure our customers that we have assessed our warehouse and practical safety measures have been put in place to ensure that our staff are working in a safe environment.  

All UK deliveries will still be made using the DHL express on demand service which ensures that orders placed before 15.00 hours on any working day will arrive the next working day.  Orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be collected the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.  DHL will update you via text message regarding any orders you place as soon as they are collected and you will be able to rearrange delivery if necessary.

Orders placed for delivery to locations outside the U.K. will also be sent with DHL again using the on demand delivery service.  

Our returns policy has been extended to ensure the safety of our customers.  There is no time limit on any order placed during lockdown that needs to be exchanged or returned.

The following outlines our delivery policy for orders placed on our website

All footwear deliveries are made by DHL – for terms and conditions please check their website  DHL offers an on-demand delivery service where the customer selects the delivery option that suits them best.

Belts purchased without footwear will be sent by Royal Mail within the UK.

Orders placed by 3 p.m. UK time will be dispatched the same day if on a working day.  Orders placed after UK midday will be despatched the next working day.

All orders placed require a mobile phone number and a signature will be required upon delivery. 

Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days and footwear orders placed after 3 o’clock on a Friday, for UK delivery, will not be delivered until the following Monday.  Please note deliveries over Bank Holidays may be delayed.

All orders for delivery in Russia must be addressed to a company and department.  Orders addressed to individuals will not be allowed through customs.


Depending on delivery location outside of the UK, your order may be subject to additional duties and/or taxes at customs clearance to take receipt of your goods. Due to customs policy variations, we advise that you contact your local customs office to clarify any obligations you may have before placing your order with us.  Steptronic Footwear is not responsible for any duty charges.  Likewise, deliveries may be affected by customs clearance lead times.

Please be aware our refunds and returns procedure applies only to products purchased at We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for Steptronic products that have been purchased via one of our stockists or other online retailers.  Contract of sale is held with the merchant you originally purchased the item from.


If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from our online store  then you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.   Customers in the European Union are entitled, by law, to withdraw from the purchase of an order within 7 days of the day after the delivery date of your order, so for either of the above, you can return your order to us.  Customers in USA please contact us at where we will arrange the return via DHL for a total cost of £20 which will be deducted from the refund.  We kindly ask that any footwear or accessories being returned are unworn and returned in the same condition that they were received with the original paperwork.

Please note return postage cost and chosen postage route is the responsibility of the buyer - this does not affect your statutory rights.

Complete the returns form sent with your order and include it with the item(s) to be returned. Attach the preprinted address label to your parcel.

Remember to keep your proof of postage – the item(s) remain your responsibility until they reach our warehouse for processing.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unworn, in the original packaging and free from defects.

All returns are inspected and if approved your original payment will be refunded. A refund receipt will be emailed to you.
